Privacy Policy

This portal is operated by EVERCO Industries for its authorized contractors. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and your rights under Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).
What we collect
Account details you or EVERCO provide when you are invited (company name, contact name, email, phone, region), the window and patio door configurations and orders you create, any plans or measurements you upload, and basic technical data needed to keep you signed in securely.
Why we use it
To give you access to the portal, price and process your orders, route those orders to EVERCO production, keep you updated on order status, and operate and secure the service. We do not sell your information, and we never use your configurations, orders or pricing for advertising.
Who can see it
EVERCO staff who manage orders and pricing. The portal runs on Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email delivery), which process data on our behalf under their own security commitments. Access is restricted by account and protected by row-level security.
Advertising on our public pages
Our public home page and sign-in page load Meta’s advertising pixel, which tells Meta that the page was viewed and, if you submit an access request, that a request was made. This is how we measure the advertising that brings contractors to the portal. The pixel is not loaded on any page behind the sign-in: once you are signed in, nothing about your configurations, orders or pricing is sent to Meta or to any other advertising service.
Cookies
Inside the portal we use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. On the public home and sign-in pages, Meta’s pixel sets its own cookie for the advertising measurement described above. You can block it with your browser settings or an ad blocker, and the portal will work exactly the same.
How long we keep it
We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active and as needed to fulfill orders and meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by role and account-level rules, and sign-in uses one-time secure links rather than passwords.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw from the portal at any time.
